Finally, Allu Arjun took some time and patience at Oka Manasu music release to break his silence on #CheppanuBrother controversy and his words are so clear that they can put an end to this fan war.

Allu Arjun clarified on why he refused to talk about Pawan Kalyan when fans are shouting for it, saying that a particular group of powerstar fans are intentionally disrupting the events and that is the only reason for avoiding the mention of Pawan.

It is a rare chance for many artists to grab a mic at audio events and with Powerfans shouts, they conclude their speeches so early in a confusion and obligation to satisty the powerfans. Bunny asks Pawan Kalyan fans to allow them to speak to share their personal feelings and then they will be able to speak at large about Pawan kalyan later. He reminds the responsibility of fans to respect a director who wants to share few words on an event stage.

Allu Arjun reminds that Pawan Kalyan too said it more than 100 times that what he is today is because of Chiranjeevi, but disrupting Chiranjeevi speeches at functions with 'Powerstar' shouts is absolutely wrong.
-

Bunny blames fans for avoiding Pawan kalyan topic as he feels disconnected when fans insulted Chiranjeevi, who is the only reason for any megahero to be there in films. He reminds that he praised Pawan kalyan and he expressed his admiration for him all these years and there need not be a special mention each and everytime. Bunny even mentioned that how other heroes get irked with 'powerstar' shouts at a not mega hero event.

Allu Arjun openly expressed his disappointment on his own fans and Pawan Kalyan fans for their cheap verbal war on social networks, because that group fights defame the whole megafamily including Pawan kalyan and Chiranjeevi.

Allu Arjun finally clarified on miscoumminication happened much before he thought of sharing these words directly at an event and that is why he refused to comment on #CheppanuBrother in news daily interviews, as they split into thousand different versions from there.

Bunny did not miss word he thought of and that is one fair and strong clarification from him. Concluding the speech, Bunny said 'powerstar' once and asked the fans if they are happy! -

Top actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has paired opposite Nithin for the first time and this factor has created curiosity among movie buffs. Moreover, the film's teasers, theatrical trailer and songs got tremendous response.

Irrespective of all these positive factors, Nithin has postponed his film to June 1st as he doesn't want to clash with Mahesh Babu's upcoming film Brahmotsavam. But, other young hero Sundeep Kishan is daring against Mahesh Babu.

Sundeep's latest flick Okka Ammayi Thappa co-starring Nithya Menon and directed by Rajasimha Tadinada is releasing in May last week, just a week after the release of Brahmotsavam. This is indeed daring move by Sundeep Kishan clashing with Mahesh Babu's film, when others are avoiding the box office fight.

Sundeep Kishan who is botching to score a hit is in desperate need of a success. Nonetheless, this young hero is releasing his film at wrong time. Some say that, they may change their decision over release date, if Brahmotsavam gets positive response after its release. -

It was all glittering and colorful when we watch the teasers and trailers of Mahesh babu's Brahmotsavam. The makers and designers were determined to make it so and they also wanted to make Mahesh look like a smart and simple young man from Vijayawada. For that, they had to spend a bomb and looks like they accomplished it.

When the director and producer are ready to spend huge on Mahesh Babu's look, the designer brought in as many as 100 costumes for him and he appeared in all of them for Brahmotsavam. This number of costumes for Mahesh is almost four times to that of any star hero costumes used in any other film. The stylist Akshay himself revealed the care taken in changing wardrobe and rumors say that they spent a crore rupees for that alone.

It is obvious that Srikanth Addala must have etched Brahmotsavam as beautiful as he thought in his mind, when he looked so much into wardrobe changes. The release is due in two days and don't try to count Mahesh's costumes, but enjoy the movie!

The fall in prices, sales and slowdown of demand seems to be heading for the burst of real estate bubble in the successor state of Andhra Pradesh. Especially in the proximity of the state's new capital Amaravati, the situation is more worse in the surrounding villages. The land business in places like Kanchikacherla, Paritala is lull lately.

Two years ago, after the bifurcation of the united state, the prices have shot up drastically and reached its pinnacle. The land, which used to cost Rs 10 Lakh per acre before division, has touched Rs 1 Crore to Rs 1.5 Crore per acre after the state bifurcation. Lands aside Hyderabad-Vijayawada 65 No. National Highway have even pegged at Rs 2 Crore per acre.

But the situation today is quite opposite. With no takers and investors backing out, there is a steep decrease in the prices. Several property firms which shown interest initially opted out and the land value is now cut to less than Rs 50 Lakh per acre. While few land owners, farmers are still hopeful of the real 'boom' once again, farmers who're in dire need of money and are caught in catch-22 situation whether to sell the lands at the present price or to wait.

Also the CRDA approvals for layouts within 500 mts distance of villages is turning out to be major spoilsport. With government not giving CRDA approvals for the layouts above 500 mts distance from villages, several layouts and small-time real estate businesses are seeing dull phase. Apparently, people are not showing much interest in the layouts in and around the area at the moment. With this, real estate dealers have stopped laying new layouts. It's expected that the situation might improve once the outer ring road works for the new capital and Guntur Vaikuntapuram-Damulur reservoir works would begin. -

One of the skydivers, Sebastian Alvarez could not believe what happened as he repeatedly watched and uploaded the video recorded the crash landing from the cockpit.

The plane just flied two minutes and above 1000 feet when an engine trouble was found and dived into the vineyard. Alvarez is a trained pilot and professional skydiver. He realized that nothing serious happened when plane crashed and alarmed fellow divers inside that fire has not caught up, so that they can take time to come out of crashed plane.

When asked about how he was feeling after getting out alive from a Cessna plane crash, Alvarez is happy indeed and he went up again to skydive from a different location, the same weekend. Not just him, some other divers too went up again after the crash landing on Thursday. he wanted to make a movie on Sarabjit Singh while he was in prison, but it was only after nearly two years of his death that Dalbir Kaur met actor Randeep Hooda prepping to play her brother on screen and felt he was perfect for 'Sarbjit'.

Directed by Omung Kumar, "Sarbjit" is based on the Indian national, who died following an assault by fellow prisoners at a Pakistani jail.

"Randeep is excellent. He has played my brother perfectly. When I first came and saw Randeep, I saw my brother in him. He was in a cell when I saw him and I could not help but cry. I broke down," Dalbir told PTI.

"My blood pressure went high and I almost fell ill. It was extremely emotional for me. I had told them that I doubt whether I'll be able to watch the film. Now I am much better," she said.

Sarabjit was convicted of terrorism and spying by a Pakistani court. He died aged 49.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will essay the role of Dalbir, who fought for her brother's freedom, relentlessly, for over two decades.

"I met Aishwarya and told her that I am extremely happy that she is playing a role based on me. She had researched about it too from her end. She has done full justice to the part and she is an exceptional actress."

Interestingly, she wanted to make a film on her brother while he was in prison in order to ignite a movement and perhaps push the government to help free Sarabjit.

"When he was in jail, some people wanted to make a film on him. We were keen too as it would have helped us. After his death, many people contacted me wanting to make a film on him but I was not in a state of mind to think something like this could be done," Dalbir said.

"When I heard that Omung wants to make a film, I asked who he is. Then I got to know he had made 'Mary Kom'. I met him and now I am happy someone like him has made the movie."

Dalbir says, once she was on board, there were no requests from her end except to keep the film as real as possible sans "too much of drama."

With "Sarbjit" scheduled to release on May 20, Dalbir's only wish is that the film leads to a development where prisoners in both countries, who have been wrongly accused, are set free.

"I want the film to be loved by all. Both the countries should get some sense and the prisoners who are across the borders should be released. We are so drenched in hatred that sometimes it blinds us and we capture an innocent man," she said.

You can soak the film with sunscreen and protect yourself without worrying about sweat or water washing it away. Soon, it can be used to treat eczema,

The idea sounds like fantasy: an invisible film that can be painted on your skin and give it the elasticity of youth. Bags under the eyes vanish in seconds. Wrinkles disappear.

Scientists at Harvard and MIT have discovered that it is not fantasy at all. Reporting in the journal Nature Materials on pilot studies with 170 subjects, the researchers say a “second skin” composed of commonly used chemicals deemed safe by the Food and Drug Administration can accomplish that – and in small studies of it, so far no one has reported irritation or allergic reactions.

Undereye bags are just the start. You can soak the film with sunscreen and protect yourself without worrying about sweat or water washing it away, researchers said. They expect it can be used to treat eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions by covering dry itchy patches with a film that moistures and soothes.

The chemicals are siloxanes – their basic form is one atom of oxygen linked to two atoms of silicon – which form polymers, long chains of repeating units. The researchers made a large collection of them by modifying molecular features such as the chain length to get the ones with the properties they wanted.

Then they devised a two-step process. First, a polymer, a clear liquid, is applied. Its chains are not very strong, though, so the next step is applying a product that links them together. By modifying the chemistry of the chains, researchers can alter the properties of the second skin, depending on how it will be used, making it more or less permeable, for example. A more permeable second skin might be used for undereye bags while a less permeable one might hold a medication in place. It can be removed with a solution that dissolves the polymer.

The research was funded by a small, privately owned biotechnology company in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Living Proof, and the product is being developed by another similar  Cambridge company, Olivo Laboratories, which owns the patents. All of the authors on the new paper have an equity interest in Living Proof and so, indirectly, in Olivo.

The report describes pilot studies, the first test of the product. The researchers say that they are not sure yet when they will have enough data to submit to the FDA for marketing approval – they will know more later this year.

“I think it is brilliant,” said Gordana Vunjak-Novakovic, professor of biomedical engineering at Columbia, who was not involved in the research. “What they have done is design a clever biomaterial that recapitulates the properties of young and healthy skin. They can use it as sort of a Band-Aid over old and aging skin and get very significant results.”

Dr Murad Alam, professor of dermatology at Northwestern University, who also was not associated with the study, was impressed, too, but he cautioned that it was still early.

“This is a first step,” he said, “and all these applications will require further work.” But, he added, if the testing is successful, “I think it will be very popular.”

The idea for second skin originated more than a decade ago when Dr R Rox Anderson, a professor of dermatology at Harvard Medical School, was approached by Living Proof, which had been working on a polymer to be used as a hair product. Since dermatologists also know about hair, the company consulted him. Why, Anderson asked the company executives, couldn’t there be a polymer to put on skin?

“A lot of what happens when we age and skin starts wrinkling and sagging is loss of elastic recoil,” he said. “When we move skin, it doesn’t snap back to what it used to be.” What if there was a way to restore the elastic nature of skin? Anderson ticked off what would be needed: “It has to be nearly invisible. The skin still has to be able to breathe through this stuff. And it needs to be strong enough and elastic enough that it actually affects the recoil of the skin.” That, he said, “is the challenge I put to them.” Dr Robert Langer, a biomedical engineer who is a professor at MIT and a scientific founder of Living Proof, started searching for something that would work. “We made literally hundreds of polymers,” he said. “We were looking for safety, spreadability, adherence, and the right kind of mechanical and optical properties.”

Long-lasting solution

The “skin” can last for more than a day. One of the first applications, said Dr Barbara A Gilchrest, a Harvard dermatology professor who is part of the research team, was on undereye bags, a condition that plagues so many middle-aged and older people.
“We wanted something that is elegant, and the ultimate test is right there on your face,” she said. “You really can’t see it. It’s there. It looks normal. We saw that as a very high bar. If you can achieve that you’ve done something impressive.”

The researchers emphasise that the second skin is significantly different from a product that Living Proof tried to market a few years ago as a cosmetic that could correct undereye bags. Those studies included tests on people with undereye bags and those with dry skin on their legs. In one study, participants put second skin on their forearms to see how quickly the skin returned to normal after it was pinched in a suction cup – a test of elasticity. In another study, people were randomly assigned to use second skin or a placebo under their eyes. Trained observers graded the subjects on the appearance of the undereye skin. The product’s durability was tested in volunteers who wore it while running in heat and working up a sweat, while swimming, and while going out in a rainstorm.

One of the important uses, the researchers said, is in treating eczema and the sort of dry skin that comes with aging, with dry itchy patches on the back and legs that keep people up at night, scratching.

“We tell people to pat their skin with a damp washcloth and put on a heavy moisturiser, but that only lasts a short time,” Gilchrest said. They end up with greasy goo all over the sheets, and they wake up in the middle of the night, terribly uncomfortable. We need something that was easier to use and didn’t make a mess and stays. Which is what this stuff does.”
