It is the Indian mindset that if you work exceptionally hard for the company the company will take care of you. This notion is far from the truth.
Indian implementation partners and full time employers only care about their quarterly earnings, CEO and top management salaries and bonuses and least care whether you get green card or not.
If you are on L1-B, H1-B without being sponsored for green card, H1-B sponsored in EB-3 category debating whether you will get your green card first or retire first, it is time for you to take action.
There are many options like finding an employer who would port your application from EB-3 to EB-2 category etc.
Permanent residence for every country is becoming tough. Canadian permanent residence has become very difficult and Canadian permanent residence applications without Canadian employer job offers are not being approved even after waiting for years as they are put in last priority.
Our colonial ancestor United Kingdom has banned Tier 2 Intra Company Transferees (L1-B equivalent) from applying for Indefinite Leave to remain in UK (Green card equivalent).
If you are in need of an employer who is willing to sponsor you for green card or help you port from EB3 to EB2 category please send your resume to info@interfacesystemsinc.comor call: 813-944-0216.

Fans and movie lovers are proud of Baahubali's achievements on the global platform and the film has placed Tollywood almost on par with Bollywood. While the entire fans are in awe of Baahubali, there are a few senior actors who vehemently detest the SS Rajamouli creation.

In his latest birthday interview to a leading Telugu news daily, veteran character artiste Kaikala Satyanarayana criticized Baahubali and said that Baahubali had no good story, no impressive dialogues or music and that even the action sequences are made with the help of expensive graphics.
Satyanarayana also said legendary yesteryear director Vitalacharya made films with amazing visual effects when there were no resources available and that filmmakers should not spend hundreds of crores in the name of entertainment.
Interestingly, popular yesteryear heroine Jamuna too had lambasted Baahubali, calling the film a 'big joke' in an interview last year. While one wonders what's making these senior actors hate Baahubali so passionately, it is clearly a result of generation gap and not being updated with the latest in the world of filmmaking. - f

Directed by Sampath Nandi of Racha fame, the yet-to-be-titled movie also see the comeback of Rebel producers Bhagawan and Pullarao. The movie will go onto floors soon. Gopi is presently working on Oxygen and he has also given nod to work with director Sriwass again.
Hansika, who shot to fame with Allu Arjun-starrer Desamuduru, went onto act in several popular Telugu films. However, she got busy in Tamil and subsequently did less number of Telugu films. Her last Telugu movie was Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummeda which failed at the Box Office. Now that Hansika is back, let's see whether she would bag more roles in Telugu as there's a dearth of good heroines in Telugu right now. -
Swetha Basu Prasad is back in the news. The talented actress who got introduced to films as a child artiste and emerged as a successful heroine, was in the news for wrong reasons, thanks to a sting operation by media. Though she was doing what most of the other heroines do, it was her bad luck that she was caught.
It is all history now and Swetha Basu is now trying to stage a comeback into films. She acted in a short film along with Bollywood celebrities and is in the news again for her love affairs. And she has not stopped at that.
Recently, she went to Bangalore and had a meeting with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to discuss the issues pertaining to promotion of arts. It was surprising that the chief minister gave her appointment despite his busy schedule.
Not only that, this Bengali beauty paid floral tributes to Raj Kumar, the matinee idol of Kannadigas. Needless to say, she caught the attention of media and triggered speculations as to whether she is focussing on entering politics.
Amala Paul has been continuing her career in films even after her marriage. This talented actress married a film director Vijay who has been encouraging her talent so that she can continue acting. Right now, she is busy acting with top heroes in Tamil film industry.
Of late, there have been reports in Tamil media that Amala Paul has differences with Vijay and that the latter is upset with her for accepting certain films without his consent.
The media has been highlighting the news about growing differences between the two, which is evident from the way the heroine is coming to shooting all alone, unlike in the past when Vijay used to accompany her invariably.
So far, neither Amala nor Vijay made any comments about these reports. However, sources close to their family brush aside these reports saying it was all creation of media, as Vijay would never object to Amala's choice of films.
Sunny Leone, bikini and beach make a deadly combination. We have seen Sunny in bikinis umpteen times, but we never get tired of it, do we? Sunny is aware of it and always offers what her fans want of her.
She is the first and foremost choice for any movie based on adult theme and Sunny has no regrets about it.
She need not perform or showcase any special skills. All people expect from her is sizzling hot skin show and Sunny has perfected it already.

'Kabali' has to collect not less than Rs 170 crore to be termed as a Hit. Day 1 revenue has surpassed Rs 40 crore mark. Contribution from Telugu version would be around Rs 8 crore. 'Kabali' continues to rake in a moolah at the Box Office in the first weekend inspite of divide talk. What about revenues from Monday? Who actually killed 'Kabali'?
Director Pa.Ranjith and Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu need to take the blame for publicizing 'Kabali' as an action entertainer on par with 'Basha'. The teaser has given a wrong impression to the people and it eventually caused irreparable damage. Director failed to incorporate Rajini-mark elements and necessary commercial ingredients. Screenplay of the movie is the main culprit. Director tried to present the scenes in a realistic manner but failed to ensure the narration is racy.

Analysts say, Yahoo might consider Verizon's offer a safe bet. The company might only sell it Internet Assets but not Real Estate Assets & Patents. In the current scenario, No other firm except Verizon would come forward to acquire Yahoo assets.
Currently, Verizon have 140 million users. The company now wishes to bring an Advertising Technology Platform to emerge as a competitor for Facebook and Google. So, It is eyeing the 200 million Yahoo users improving its Advertisement base.
Yahoo shares have risen by 18 percent so far in 2016. That's an impressive trend and certainly tempting the Buyers.

"#PokemonGO rocks. But I feel like a retard running in the Bangalore airport playing this. Heading back to Hyd. Who else is addicted to this?", tweeted Vishnu, who is actually returning from USA after a long trip there. While the game hasn't landed in India yet, Vishnu must have got it loaded from America where the craze is currently at peaks.
As the game is scheduled for an official release in India on Android and iPhone versions in the coming week, it seems like many more celebs will get addicted to it.

Facing severe remarks for her plump looks in Tripura, with few also calling her aunty, Swathi took to social network page to express her anguish. Then she decided herself to cut flab, go slim and attractive once again, and then teach a lesson to detractors. From last 1 year, she's said to be trying to do that.
Other day Swathi took part in TV program "Memu Saitham" and of course she's looking slim. What now? Sign films Swathi.

Posing for a magazine that wrote an extensive editorial on her with the title "Pillow Talk with Regina", our hottie made sure that she appears in night dresses that reveal most. Almost all the pictures of her are seen grabbing eyeballs towards cleavage show. Especially the way Regina flaunted her lingerie through the top is simply mind-blowing.
Hope all these efforts turns into huge opportunities.

"Tanu Vachenanta" is being promoted as the first ever zombie comedy film in Tollywood and that has hot anchor Rashmi Gautham playing the lead role of zombie. Teaser of the film is released today and surprisingly it has nothing to boast about. Neither the comedy is bringing laughs, nor people are able to understand the zombie theme.

Recently, A Florida-based Anchor walked right through when the TV Weather Report is being presented. She looked completely unaware of what's happening around and where she has been. The Guy reporting the Weather Forecast had an awkward smile on his face witnessing such unusual developments. He even went on to comment that the News Channel office has become 'Pokemon Gym'.
A news report says Two Americans have crossed the Canada border while playing 'Pokemon Go'. Cops have taken them into custody immediately.
'Pokemon Go' is unlike other Mobile App. Its a virtual reality game which seeks geographical information of the player. This seems to be a dangerous trend and people were afraid if this would lead to some disaster.
Dutch-Indian model Farah Karimi is all set to sizzle on Tollywood screen with Sai Dharam Tej's upcoming film Thikka.
Farah who was earlier seen in Himesh Reshammiya's Hindi flick Tera Suroor is doing a red hot item song in Thikka that is slated for release on August 13.
The slim and svelte beauty is surely going to add extra zing to this film that has two hot ladies in the lead roles.
Brazilian model Larissa Bonesi and Mannara Chopra are playing female leads in this masala entertainer.

Sunny of late might not be setting the cash registers ringing like she was used to, but when it comes to photo shoots only a few could come close to her sexiness and spiciness.
Sunny will next be seen in the movie Beimaan Love that will reportedly present her in a never seen before avatar.
As Rajni fans are rejoicing Kabali's release all over the world, tragedy struck in Malaysia where a fan of Rajni ended his life by jumping from the tenth floor of a famous building in the Ken CC area of Malaysia.
Going by the latest reports, the unidentified person ended his life as he did not get a ticket to watch Kabali on the first day first show in Malaysia. Incidentally, Rajni plays an ageing don who fights for the rights of Tamils in Malaysia.
Rajni is considered as a demi god among his fans and everyone wants to watch their super star's film on the day one of its release.
Ahead of the Worldwide release, A private screening of 'Kabali' was arranged for Rajinikanth's Family in USA. A photograph shot when Superstar was watching himself as Kabali on the screen has now gone viral.Rajini's Daughter Aishwarya who accompanied Thalaivar to the theatre shared a picture of herself with her father staring at the vacant seats before the shows began. 'That feeling within ...before shows begin #KabaliFeeling #NoWordsToExpress,' she wrote.

Talented Tabu, basically a Hyderabad girl who grew big in Bollywood is planning to comeback for Telugu audience. According to the reports we had, Tabu is set to play a powerful and pivotal role in Anushka's upcoming flick 'Bhagmathi' to be directed by G Ashok of 'Pilla Zamindar' fame.
Ashok is reported to have met Tabu in Mumbai for a narration and she was mightily impressed signing the project then and there. 'Bhagmathi' will be an out and out modern day thriller to run with a taut screenplay. As soon as Anushka wraps her 'Bahubali 2' shooting portions, she is likely to dedicate her whole time period for 'Bhagmathi,' to be produced by UV Creations on fairly high budget.
Of late, Anushka is selecting the subjects intelligently. May it be 'Bahubali' or 'Size Zero' or 'Rudhramadevi,' the script pivots ably around her! Now with Tabu joining Anushka in a mysterious subject, let's see how surprising the movie would turn out.

Recently, Allu Aravind tasted a heartful blockbuster in the form of his elder son Allu Arjun's Sarrainodu. However, the senior producer still has an unfulfilled desire to see his younger son Allu Sirish scoring a solid success.
Sirish acted in two films so far and none of them gave him the much needed hit. Sirish and Aravind have pinned their hopes on the upcoming family drama Srirastu Subhamasthu, produced lavishly by Aravind himself.
Interestingly, Allu Aravind has decided to not organize an audio launch event for Srirastu Subhamasthu and is releasing the songs independently just like he did for Bunny's Sarrainodu. Seeing this, many in the industry are wondering is Allu Aravind is following a sentiment or is it is a money saving technique. -
Superstar Rajinikanth's Kabali has taken an earth shattering opening at the box office as expected. Kabali has not only opened huge in Tamilnadu but also in other Southern states as well. Kabali opening day collections in the Telugu states are on par with Tollywood biggies.
It has been a while since a big release has hit the marquee and Kabali is making the most of it. However, early reports of Kabali are not so encouraging which might take a toll in the coming days.
Meanwhile, Selfie Raja which has had a decent start at the ticket windows failed to capitalize on the void at the box office.
Selfie Raja collections have dropped drastically in the weekdays. Trisha's Nayaki ended up as a big flop. It was totally gone unnoticed despite showing some promise prior to its release. Kabali may hold until the weekend, but the real test for it will start from Monday.

"By daughter is the one who supported us financially. My son also got benefitted with her money. That day he drugged us and killed her when we are sleeping on the top floor. There is no question of pardoning him. Kill him, shoot him dead", said Qandeel and Wasim's father.
While the demands to introduce anti-honor bill continue to rock Pakistan, most people still enjoy the killings and also supporting the killers too.
KP Chowdary of Shanmukha films speaks out about everything happened behind the release. KP Chowdary and Praveen from Shanmukha films grabbed Kabali Telugu rights for around 32 Crores. But KP Chowdary revealed that he was obstructed by distribution council when he planned to advertise about Kabali in press.

KP was told that Dasari is behind blocking Kabali promotion and wants it to be on hold until Lingaa and Vikramasimha debts get settled. He asked KP Chowdary to deal this with Kabali producer Kalaipuli Thanu. KP demanded the same in a written statement and asked how he is responsible for distributors who lost with Rajini's previous films.
KP wants to put everything out about how cine bigwigs threatened him, but only after movie releases. KP wants to meet KCR if necessary and finally signs of saying Kabali is his first and last film. -

Tamanna is all set to sizzle in an item song with NTR in Janatha Garage. It is truly a surprise entry of Tamanna, when there are beautiful ladies like Samantha and Nitya Menon already on board. Tamanna agreed immediately when makers asked her for it and the shooting is yet to begin.
Tamanna earlier matched steps with Bellamkonda Srinivas's two films and she signed for an item song with Gopichand in Sampath nandi's film. Now that she will heat up the garage with item song, wait for it. -
Trade buzz is that Kabali (Tamil and Telugu) would have collected an approximate Rs 30 Crore on the opening day and another Rs 2 Crore is estimated in Hindi. However, complete details are yet to come.
As predicted, the film got phenomenal opening down the South whereas the Hindi dubbed version got lukewarm response. As per trade reports, the Hindi dubbed version has got only 15% occupancy in North on an average.

Whereas, the original Tamil version being played in major cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Hyderabad have witnessed housefull or near housefull turn out. Considering mixed to poor reviews and bad word-of-the-mouth, this too expected to go down soon from Monday.
On the whole, the trade is expecting the film to make Rs 100 Crore by weekend. That means, Kabali may not cross the Baahubali record of fastest Rs 100 Crore as the film raked in Rs 140 Crore in its first weekend. -
Kabali Movie Review
Rajanikanth's Kabali released amidst unlimited expectations and unprecedented pre release hype. Rajani fans went gaga over his looks in an aged don character. Everyone believed that this film could just wipe out all the existing records in Indian cinema. It could have done that if director Pa. Ranjith made good use of this opportunity and delivered a 'watchable' film. But what he delivered was a totally boring, unexciting and an utterly disappointing fare.
What is it about?
Kabali (Rajanikanth) a don in Malaysia gets out of jail after twenty five years. His associates will be running a reform school over there that helps the dropouts and other youths that have troubled pasts. Meanwhile a gang hires a lady killer to kill Kabali. That killer Yogi (Dhansika) turns out to be his Kabali's daughter. He comes to know that even his wife Kundanavalli (Radhika Apte) is alive. How Kabali unites with his family and wipes out all other bad guys in Malaysia forms rest of the story.
Performances:
Rajanikanth: Rajanikanth nailed it with his look, styling and performance. He is absolutely flawless and supremely stylish in the don character. Scenes from the flashback show flashes of vintage Rajni.
Radhika Apte and others: Radhika Apte is aptly cast as Rajni's wife. She has added value to the proceedings with her commanding performance. Wish she had few more scenes with Rajni. Dhansika is okay in a tomboyish lady killer character. She did a fine job as an actress. Vijay got a meaty role as the main villain and he is competent. Winston Chao is okay as the main villain. The supporting cast largely consists of unknown Tamil actors which might be a problem for our audience to make note of the characters.
Watch Here: Kabali Public Talk
Technicalities:
Director Pa. Ranjith had a saleable premise and most of all got the nod from the superstar. He should have put in excessive effort to make it a memorable film. It is a great opportunity gone wasted mostly due to the lazy script of Ranjith.
Santosh Narayan's background score is impressive. Songs hardly make an impression. Cinematography is an asset. Quality visuals are definitely an eye feast for the viewers. Editing could have been crisp. Art department did a fine job. Dialogues are a huge drawback. Not even one dialogue bears Rajni stamp on it.
Thumbs Up:
Rajanikanth
Opening sequence
Cinematography
Thumbs Down:
Boring Screenplay
Dialogues
Supporting Cast
No Energy
Analysis:
'Energy' is the keyword for a Rajanikanth's film. If the film has high energy levels and thoroughly entertaining Rajani can make an average script into a blockbuster. Kabali showed lot of promise from its outset. Rajanikanth's getup and the Kabali Ra dialogue in the teaser have created lot of buzz. Within no time the film turned out to be the most awaited movie of the year. An average fare could do wonders with so much hype and expectations, but Pa. Ranjith couldn't even offer a watchable fare let alone decent product.
No doubt that Rajnikanth looked super stylish in those suits and grey hair. His diehard fans will have a treat watching Rajni in an ultra stylish avatar. However, if you are expecting typical punch lines and other elements that are usually associated with a Rajnikanth starrer then you are in for huge disappointment. Oh dear Pa. Ranjith, what a terrible waste of opportunity? There is lot of scope for hero elevation and so called commercial elements, but the director didn't even try to go that way.
Okay, if Ranjith's intention is to make a realistic gangster drama with Rajanikanth, it is excusable if he comes up with arresting sequences and exciting drama. Except for Rajanikanth, there is nothing in the film that makes you sit patiently till the end. But you won't go to a film to simply stare at Rajanikanth, do you? First half tests your patience with those silly scenes in the reform school. The director didn't even bother to show the rise of Kabali at any point. Other than the change in Kabali's attire, there is not a notable scene to show the rise or growth in Kabali's character.
First half is a big mess and the second half drags with a lengthy sequence of scenes where Kabali goes in search of his wife. Climax is unexciting. All in all Kabali is a boring gangster drama that fails to impress. It is yet another disappointment from our beloved superstar.
Verdict: Even Rajani couldn't save Kabali!
Cleveland: Donald Trump on Thursday formally accepted his party's nomination, the same way he launched his campaign by slamming immigrants and linking them to crime.
Trump did not budge from his combative stance on immigration as he wrapped up the week's Republican National Convention held in Cleveland, Ohio, NBC News reported.
He officially accepted the Republican Party's nomination for president by telling a pumped-up crowd that the nation's security is under threat from immigrants and illegal immigration.
"Nearly 180,000 people with criminal records ordered deported from our country are tonight roaming free to threaten peaceful citizens," NBC News quoted the Manhattan real estate mogul as saying.
Trump's remarks were met with chants of "Build a Wall", which has become one of the slogans of his campaign.
Trump reminded the crowd that on Monday night they heard from three people whose loved ones were victims murdered by immigrants not legally in the country.
"We heard from three parents whose children were killed by illegal immigrants … They are just three brave representatives of many thousands," Trump said.
The billionaire businessman said nothing has affected him more than the time he spent with mothers and fathers "who have lost their children to violence spilling over the border," NBC News said.
Trump also pointed to immigration as the ill that has perpetuated economic malaise in this country.
"Decades of record immigration have produced lower wages and higher unemployment for our citizens, especially for African Americans and Latino workers," Trump said.
He also sold himself as the champion of a downtrodden working class, promising to restore "law and order" and casting himself as a change agent against presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
"I am your voice...Hillary Clinton's message is that things will never change. Never ever." Politico quoted Trump as saying.
"My message is that things have to change and they have to change right now," he added.
He also spoke of spiking crime, "third-world" airports, growing trade deficits, "chaos in our communities," and terrorism on the home front. Abroad, he said the situation was "worse than it has ever been before," Politico reported citing the business magnate.
"This is the legacy of Hillary Clinton: death, destruction, terrorism and weakness...My plan is the exact opposite of the radical and dangerous immigration policy of Hillary Clinton," he said.
"Lock her up!" the crowd burst out repeatedly during Trump's speech and throughout the week.
His speech lasted for 75 minutes, beating out former President Bill Clinton's acceptance speech at his party's convention in 1996.
At the end, Trump and his Vice President nominee Mike Pence were joined by their families on state.
