The anchor-turned actress is being flooded with offers post the film. And there is absolutely no doubt about the fact that had it not been for her hot and steamy scenes in the film nobody would have bothered to enter the theatre.

Blessed with strikingly good looks, Reshma is recently believed to have signed a film for a remuneration of Rs 20 lakhs given upfront.

New Releases Lack Punch, Advantage JG

NTR Jr's massive blockbuster 'Janath Garage' is expected to enjoy another good week with the new Telugu releases of this Friday have been met with below average reviews and dull response from audiences at box office.

Two notable films 'Siddhartha' and 'Nirmala Convent' were released this Friday and both were reportedly welcomed by almost empty theatres. Despite the heavy promotions from several celebrities, Akkineni Nagarjuna's production venture 'Nirmala Convent' could not make any impact at the ticket window. The lackluster performance of these films is only helping 'Janatha Garage' to add further moolah to its already hefty tally.

'Janatha Garage' is currently shy of 'Attharintiki Daredi' by just less than Rs 1 Cr. While the Pawan Kalyan's family entertainer raked in a share of Rs 74.5 Cr in its full run, the NTR starrer has managed to collect Rs 74 Cr share in its first two weeks alone. The film is expected to comfortably cross the Pawan starrer and emerge the 3rd All Time Biggest Commercial hit in the history of Telugu cinema, only behind 'Baahubali' and 'Srimanthudu'. -

Aish's Raw & Intense with Ranbir In 'Bulleya'

After watching the teaser of 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor, if you felt that Aish had gone overboard with her bold scenes, after watching the just released 'Bulleya' song from the film you will realize you have seen only a glimpse of the amount of raunchiness the evergreen beauty has put into this romantic drama.

No Takers For 'Hit' Actress

Hyderabad based actress Ritu Varma acted in short films and played second heroine or character artist roles in her starting stages of career had scored first hit with latest sensation Pelli Choopulu. Everybody associated with the film are flooded with offers.

Hero Vijay Deverakonda has signed 3 to 4 films under prestigious production houses. Director Tharun Bhaskar has become most sought after director is working on script for his next movie. 

Comedian Priyadarshini has got to work with Mahesh Babu in the superstar's new film in AR Murugadoss's direction. Priyadarshini is said to be playing Mahesh's friend in the Telugu-Tamil bilingual film.

However, Ritu who was praised for her looks and performance in Pelli Choopulu hasn't signed a new film till date. It is yet not known, whether Ritu is waiting for good scripts or Telugu filmmakers are not considering her for their films.

It is a known fact that Telugu star heroes never encourage local talent. Interestingly, even medium range stars are not keen on signing Ritu Varma, even though she scored a big hit.

My Marriage wasn't Forced: 'Bichagadu' Heroine

Actress Satna Titus, who made her acting debut playing the female lead in Vijay Anthony's blockbuster film 'Bichagadu' has confirmed her register marriage with Karthik, the distributor of her debut film.

Just a few days ago, news emerged that Satna Titus entered into wedlock with her film's distributor. There were rumors that Karhtik has forced Titus for the registered marriage.


Now, putting a full stop to all the speculations, the couple has issued a joint statement to the press to officially confirm their wedding. Karthi and Titus have said that they have been in a serious relationship for a long time and they have registered their marriage with mutual consent.

A traditional wedding ceremony is expected to be organized with the participation of family members and friends in January 2017. As per sources, both the families have initially opposed their marriage so the love birds opted for registered marriage. With no choice left, now the families have reportedly given their consent.

Sr Heroine refutes rumours about her daughter

From a time rumours are being heard about the entry of Rajasekhar and Jeevitha's elder daughter Sivani as a heroine in Telugu film industry. 

Other day buzz was out that Sivani is picked as Naga Shourya's heroine for Sai Korrpati's next production venture that has a newcomer directing it. 

Responding on the same, Sr Heroine Jeevitha stated that their daughter haven't signed any such film and confirmed that no such offer has come their way. Though Sivani will debut as heroine, but it takes time, she says.

Aravind Swamy Unhappy With Dhruva?

Yesteryear romantic hero Aravind Swamy had got most recognition than anybody for Thani Oruvan that starred Jayam Ravi in protagonist role. The Bombay star won accolades from critics for his terrific performance in the comeback is playing the same role in Telugu version titled Dhruva. The film starring mega power star Ram Charan in lead role is in its last leg of shooting.

As per reliable sources, Director Surender Reddy & Co. has made several changes to script to suit Telugu sensibilities. In addition, they augmented hero's characterization and at the same time Aravind Swamy is given less significance compared to original version. They even said to have modified climax of the film.

It is heard that, Aravind Swamy is stunned seeing alterations to script and his character. Although the actor was disappointed with the development, he is not troubling the makers and is taking part in the shoot. Actually, he joined the shoot in the recent schedule in Hyderabad.

The makers thought of employing other actor for the antagonist role, before Dhruva went on floors. They at last finalized Aravind Swamy, since they couldn't find right replace for him.

Due to numerous reasons, Dhruva production works are progressing at slow pace. The film produced by Allu Aravind is likely to release on December 2nd.

Poonam Pandey shot to fame with an open offer to strip for Team India Cricketers if India wins the 2011 World Cup.

During the press meet of her short film 'The Weekend', Poonam disclosed she has made such a bold statement only for publicity and bag film offers as she doesn't have surnames like Kapoor or Khan. 'I created controversies to hog the limelight. I have seen people give 200 auditions for that one chance. Hence, I preferred the short cut. Its my had work and media made me what I Today,' she confessed.

Poonam clarified 'The Weekend' isn't a porn film but a short film in horror genre. It will be released on September 24th.

The Social Media Sensation welcomed the trend of women-centric films in Bollywood. She is happy about the acceptance from audience for such movies.
