A day after venting out anger at her husband Srikanth and leveled serious allegations including physical, mental harassment, young folk singer Madhu Priya seems to have change of mind after first counseling by Humayun Nagar police officials. When asked about how is his husband after the first counseling, without thinking for a second, she said 'he is good'.
Madhu Priya admitted that she requested police not to lodge cases against her husband Srikanth and said she'd adopt a wait and watch policy. She said she'll take final call after second counseling. She said she'll continue to stay with her parents till the second counseling and will decided to whether to stay with her husband in future or not depending on the counseling. She also said that she is open for the counseling and she attended on her own without any compulsion.
18-yr-old Madhu tied the knot with Srikanth in October 2015 against the wishes of her family. She said that everything went well upto 3 months and the differences surfaced after that. She had earlier reasoned that 'paisa', 'money' cause for the trouble in marriage where she alleged that Srikanth had been demanding her to bring money from her parents. She had earlier said that she only look after Srikanth for the past 6 months and he was jobless. -
