Yet another heroine is making stunning accusations, which seems true in a way, that Telugu industry is primarily using heroines only for the sake of glamour.
Heroines like Tamanna, Samantha and Kajal Agarwal have no complaints about throwing glamour for silver screen as long as they are offered more than a crore. But Taapsee Pannu says that Telugu films are never giving scope to prove acting prowess.
"I've done many films in Telugu but all of them used me for glamour only. Other than sizzling in skimpy outfits, I've nothing to do in any film. That's why I'm not signing any Telugu movies until I prove my acting skills in Bollywood", said Taapsee.

Actress Anukriti Sharma who landed in a controversy over the issue of "skin show" in an under production movie "Papa" is said to be marrying a Tollywood hero. Anukriti filed a case against the director of the Telugu movie "Papa" for putting pressure on her to act in sleazy manner.
Both Anukriti and the movie's director Yogesh are now at loggerheads and have approached the police. While the heroine's version is that Yogesh is blackmailing her to act in completely sleazy way, the director refutes her allegations. She signed the movie after having heard the storyline which requires her to do some skin show as per the story's requirement, he says.
According to him, she was happy doing the movie all along but she changed her mind after she fell in love with a person.

Pune's Gold Shirt Man Dattatrey Phuge was murdered by his Son's Friends to recover Rs 1.5 lakh he owed to them.
On Friday morning, About five friends of Shubham Phuge (Dattatrey Phuge's Son) attacked the 'Gold Man' with knives, sickle, swords, rods and stones near Dighi in Pune. The 21-Year-Old Son of Phuge lodge a police complaint and the accused were arrested immediately.
Atul Mohite, the prime accused, called Shubham Phuge at 10 PM on Thursday night to invite him and his father for the birthday bash of a friend. Shubham Phuge was also asked to bring 10 packets of biryani and two cigarette packets on the way. Then, Shubham Phuge informed his father about the party.
By the time he reached the spot along with a friend Rohan Panchal after picking up the food, Shubham Phuge saw his friends attacking his father and he immediately raised the alarm. The assailants ran away from them but it was too late by then as Dattatrey Phuge passed away by then. Soon, Shubham Phuge informed police about the murder.
Generally, Dattatrey Phuge was guarded by armed bodyguards whenever he goes out. Surprisingly, None of the security personnel were with him on that night.
