Noted comedian LB Sriram announced that he'd be foraying into the making of short films. Calling it as "Heart Films", Sriram said he'd prefer "Human Values" over "Technical Values" and want to produce short films consistently rather than making one or two rich short films or making umpteen short films cashing in on sex or adult content.
60-plus-aged Sriram said in a video promo, "I might be over 60 plus. But am still young at heart. Want to try something new. There might be a wide gap between old generation and the new generation. I believe old people and young people should walk hand-in-hand. One should adapt to new changes and not forget carrying the age-old traditions, people should move on."
After having acted for plays for 16-long-years, Sriram extensively worked in films for over 28 years. Though he started his career as a serious actor, he shot to fame as a comedian. Calling it as his second 'w'innings, Sriram said his maiden short film would be out on May 30th on the eve of his birthday. -
