'Anna' will also showcase the childhood days of Anna Hazare apart from depicting his rise as a National figure after 2011 Movement. Shashank Udapurkar who directed the movie will be playing the lead role. Tanisha Mukherji is reprising the role of a Journalist who covers the Jan Lokpal movement.
Speaking at the poster launch, Anna Hazare said he decided to serve the nation till his last breath when he was just 25. His determination remained the same even at the age of 79. 'I decided not to marry to serve the society and hence I don't have a family but lots of people who walk with me are indeed my family,' declares the Social Activist, who warns Centre that a fresh movement will be launched if Jan Lokpal Bill wasn't passed.
