Earlier she was dragged into controversy for her comments on Prabhas and Venkatesh. Speaking about the same, popular cinematographer Chota K Naidu reveals how he got a negative opinion on Nitya first and what really happened.
An associate director met Chota K Naidu to narrate story of Okka Ammayi Tappa and suggested not to look for Nitya in this movie naming her arrogance, smoking and boozing as reasons. Chota admits having this feedback finding place on his mind and developed it when he had few personal experiences with Nitya's arrogance on a different movie sets.
But later when the team got Nitya okayed for Okka Ammayi Tappa after several meetings and when no other actress is ready to sign in, Chota happened to find the actual kind, professional and friendly Nitya in shooting time, not the one he heard before.
Chota reveals that many misunderstand Nitya Menon and now he says that rumors about her are just rumors. -
