Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej is also joining the big race. His next film Thikka is announced to be released in August. Young Tiger Jr NTR's much awaited movie Janatha Garage and Naga Chaitanya's Premam which is the remake of Malayalam industry hit movie of same title will also be released in the same month. So, Sai Dharam Tej's film will clash with two overestimated projects.
Like his previous movies, Thikka is also said to be a mass action entertainer with adequate comedy. The first look poster was released recently to good response. Audio of the movie composed by SS Thaman will be released in first week of July.
Thikka entire shooting is completed, except for couple of songs. Post production works are also progressing simultaneously. Initially, makers have planned to release the movie in third week of July, but they postponed to August owing to arrival of Rajinikanth's Kabali and Venkatesh's Babu Bangaram in the month.
Larissa Bonesi and Mannara Chopra are female leads in the film directed by Sunil Reddy of Om 3D fame and produced by C Rohin Reddy. Rajendra Prasad, Posani Krishna Murali are prominent cast and Mumaith Khan will be seen in a brief role.
Let's wait and see how tough competition will Tej give to other biggies releasing in the month of August. -
