Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah stirred a controversy by commenting that Rajesh Khanna, whom according to him was a Poor Actor, was responsible for mediocrity in Bollywood during the 70s.
Former Actress & Akshay Kumar's Wife Twinkle Khanna (Rajesh Khanna's Elder Daughter) shot back at Naseeruddin Shah in style. 'Sir if you can't respect the living, respect the dead - mediocrity is attacking a man who can't respond @NaseerudinShah,' she wrote.
Even Filmmaker Karan Johar came in support of Twinkle Khanna. He opined, 'The comments made by Naseerudding Shah was in exceptionally bad taste'.
