Recently heroine turned MP, Kannada actress Ramya (Divya Spandana) has stated that Pakistan may not be hell, while addressing a women's rally in Mandya, Karnataka.
As her comment looked like a direct satire on Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar made last week when he equated visiting Pakistan with visiting hell, a lawyer has now taken Ramya to court. A sedition case is slapped against her for saying 'Pakistan is not hell'.
Talking about the same, Ramya said, "I would have apologised, but if I do in this case, the larger cause we're fighting for would go". While Ramya belongs to Congress party, other opposition holders are now taking dig at her.
