Vijayawada Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal has said that YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy cannot become a chief minister at any cost. Adding pun to his statement, Lagadapati Rajagopal said women will have to mortgage their 'mangal sutras' (the holy marriage thread worn by Hindu women in India, which is often made of gold and considered auspicious).
Jagan can never become CM: Lagadapati
Lagadapati has said that if there’s something like ballot against corruption, except in Kadapa district, people in all parts of the state would vote that Jagan should go to jail. He has also exuded confidence that Congress would make a clean sweep in all 18 assembly constituencies and one Lok Sabha constituency.
YSR  Congress party is yet to defend the statements of Lagadapati Rajagopal. It looks like YSR Congress is really in a dilemma as by-polls are approaching on one hand and CBI's enquiry is also going on in full swing. Will the hopes of all followers of Jagan get dashed in by-polls? May be yes, say sources!

Directed by: Ram Gopal Varma Produced by: Siddhant Oberoi, Amit Sharma Written by: Nilesh Girkar Starring: Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Rana Daggubati, Madhu Shalini, Lakshmi Manchu, Nathalia Kaur Rating: * The last decent movie that Ram Gopal Varma made was Rakht Charitra (part 1) in 2010. Rann was decent as well. He went horribly wrong with the sequel to that film and of course, Not a Love Story. Department seemed promising because of its impressive cast and RGV has a grip over the crime/gangster genre. Sadly, Department is a monstrous disappointment. RGV is obsessed with crotches and the female anatomy as is amply evident in the gross item song featuring hottie Nathalia Pinheiro Kaur. He is also fascinated by weird cinematographic angles and dark tones which make watching Department rather difficult. The viewer has a migraine and distorted vision by the end of this movie! The story is nothing new and nothing much. We have seen special cops operating against the mafia in secret/higher operations in too many movies. Some examples are Kahaani, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Ab Tak Chhappan, Jannat 2, and international films like The Departed. So this movie is about the department of cops played by Sanjay Dutt and Rana Daggubati who want to wipe out the crime scene in Mumbai. Vijay Raaz plays the prime gangster and Amitabh Bachchan plays a gangster-turned-politician. There is ample sleaze in the movie which also adds to the painful experience. The action and violence is too much to tolerate. The music is bad and the dialogues make you cringe. There is a lot of nonsense and no sense of reality in the movie. You really wonder how RGV can outdo himself in making unwatchable movies! Sanjay Dutt looks haggard and has his usual “I give a damn” swagger. So he does nothing new. Rana Daggubati looks good but that is about it. The characters do not have soul. You don’t care for them. Vijay Raaz is erroneously cast as the gangster and Abhimanyu Singh and Madhu Shalini as his allies are plain terrible. Abhimanyu Singh needs to do something new. Anjana Sukhani is, surprisingly, a breath of fresh air in a suffocating film. Lakshmi Manchu is a delight to watch. Amitabh Bachchan sportingly plays his character but one does wonder what made him sign this movie. He makes the movie a tad tolerable in a few scenes. At two-and-a-half hours, this is unbearably long and you feel like walking out several times during the movie. By now it is clear that Department doesn’t merit a watch ever! I have run out of words to criticize it further. For Department my review rating is 1 out of 5 stars.

Hyderabad, May 11 (INN): Noted balladeer Gaddar on Friday resigned from the post of chairman of Telangana People's Front, an organisation that he himself floated, to achieve statehood for the region. Expressing total displeasure over the ongoing mode of agitation, Gaddar said that the Telangana State could not be achieved only through electoral process. He said statehood could not be achieved unless people from the region join the agitation. He stressed the need for changing the present mode of agitation. Talking to media persons after submitting his resignation, Gaddar announced that he would participate in the statehood agitation and other protests in public interest in individual capacity. 'Though I have submitted my resignation, I will cooperate with the parties and leaders who are sincerely involved in the statehood agitation,' he said. Gaddar said that the development of backward regions was possible only through the formation of smaller States. He reiterated that the smaller State could ensure good governance. Stating that he would begin his agitation from Somapeta in Srikakulam district, where the people are opposing the establishments of power plants, Gaddar said that he would continue his fight for the protection of mines at Anantapur and Bayyaram. Meanwhile, the office-bearers of Telangana People's Front informed that they would convene a meeting on May 20 to elect a new chairman. It may be mentioned Gaddar founded Telangana Praja Front on October 3, 2010 and a formal announcement was made on October 9. Since the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee maintained a close proximity with the Telagnana Rashtra Samithi, Gaddar's Front was viewed as an alternate. However, it failed to draw the attention that it desired.

CHENNAI: Actress Ranjitha has approached a city court to file a complaint against Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswathi for his alleged defamatory remarks against her. Ranjitha, who was not present when the matter was called for being taken up by the First Additional Chief Magistrate on file, has been asked to be present in court on May 14. In her complaint, the actress said she is a strong believer in the principles of Hinduism and had attended discourses of self-styled godman Nityananda in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and became his disciple. She claimed that the insinuation by the Kanchi Seer, during an interview on Wednesday, that she was always in the company of Nityananda and in the habit of accompanying him wherever he went had subjected her to 'immense agony and stress' and was defamatory. In her complaint, she wanted the court to take cognisance of the alleged offence committed by the Seer, which was punishable under Section 499 (defamation) and Section 500 (punishment for defamation) of the IPC. The Kanchi seer had reportedly made the remarks on Wednesday when he opposed Nityananda's appointment as the head of the 1,500-year-old Saivite Mutt, Madurai Adheenam. 'Madurai Adeenam is one of the oldest mutts in India and headed by famous saints like Thirgnana Sambandar. The pontiffs of Madurai Adheenam should tonsure their head and wear 'Rudraksha',' Jayendra Saraswathi had said while alleging that Nityananda was involved in a sex scandal. The appointment of Nityananda, who is facing criminal charges, including rape, as the head of the Mutt, has triggered a controversy, with many religious leaders and political outfits protesting against his appointment. Nityananda had landed in controversy after a video footage purportedly showing him in a compromising position with an actress was telecast by local TV channels in March 2010. He was arrested on April 21 from Solan in Himachal Pradesh and granted bail on June 11 the same year by Karnataka High Court. The Kanchi Seer and his junior Vijayendra are facing murder charges in connection with the killing of Sankararaman, manager in Varadarajaperumal temple in Kancheepuram in 2004. Trial in the case is on in a Puducherry sessions court.

Gabbar Singh Movie Review:
Banner: Parameshwara Art productions Producer: Bandla Ganesh Director: Harish Shankar Music: Devisri Prasad Cast: Pawan Kalyan, Shruti Haasan, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Abhimanyu Singh, Ajay, Suhasini, Brahmanandam, Ali, Tanikella Bharani, Malaika Arora Rating: 3.5 Story: Power star Pawan Kalyan ‘Gabbar Singh’ is a remake of Bollywood hit film ‘Dabangg’. Though it is a routine story, Salman image and entertaining elements worked in favour of the movie. Director Harish Shankar chooses the same script and reworked on the screenplay to suit Telugu audience. Director Harish Shankar who is a big fan of Pawan Kalyan made sure that there is no disappointment for Pawan Kalyan fans this time. Let’s see how the movie is fared. Police officer Gabbar Singh ( Pawan Kalyan) looking to bridge the gap with his step brother Ajay and stepdad (Naidu) Nagineedu after the death of his mother ( Suhasini). At the same time Gabbar Singh has to stop the atrocities of local don Siddhappa Naidu (Abhimanyu Singh), an aspiring politician. And there is an overtime job for Gabbar Singh to lure Bhagya Lakshmi (Shruthi Haasan) who refuses to fell in his trap. Can Gabbar Singh successful in his three missions? Performance: Pawan Kalyan Rocks. After Kushi, undoubtedly this is the best movie for Pawan Kalyan. His comedy timing is awesome. Rocked in dances and fights. Pawan Kalyan dances are highlight. In one word, it is a tailor made role for Pawan Kalyan. Shruthi Haasan justified her role and acted well in the limited scope she got. This will be a first hit to her credit. Abhimanyu Singh gave a terrific performance in antagonist role. He matched Pawan Kalayan in confrontation scenes. You get to see more him in coming days. Ajay performed well as step brother. Ali as Samba, Brahmanandam as recovery Ranjith Kumar are hilarious. Nagineedu, Suhasini, Tanikella Bharani, Jaya Prakash Reddy etc justified their roles. Malaika Arora sizzled in item song ‘Kevvu Keka’. Technical: Full credit to director Harish Shankar for choosing an age old script and making it an out and out entertainer. Harish Shankar is in full control of the movie. His screenplay is flawless till the pre climax. Movie lags a bit at the end, but it is expected. Director fully knows the strengths of Pawan Kalyan and his fans expectations. He just worked on them to make it out and out entertainer. Harish Shankar also penned some powerful dialogues much to the delight of Pawan Kalyan fans. Next big thing is Music. Devi Sri Prasad music and background score is an asset to the movie. This time Pawan Kalyan also complemented his tunes with his dances. Cinematography by Jayan Vincent did a commendable job. Ram Laxman composed terrific fights. Editing by Goutham Raj is good. Production values are high. Analysis: First thing first, it is out and out entertaining film with all masala ingredients. Though it is a hackneyed story, director made it enjoyable with screenplay filled comedy scenes and Pawan Kalyan Action and dialogues. First half of the movie is fast paced and there are no dull moments. However, second half is bit slow towards climax before ending on predictable note. Pawan Kalyan Comedy, Dialogues and Dances are major pluses for the movie. All songs are picturised very well. But, ‘Kevvu Keka’ is bit disappointing considering the hype it got. Anthakshari episode in police station, Background songs are enjoyable. On the flipside, routine age old story, weak climax might work against the movie. Finally, it is a neat Commercial Entertainer which can be Enjoyed by Everyone. Go and watch it!!!

Hyderabad: Upping the ante against the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, the YSR Congress Party has made a serious allegation on Wednesday that it suspected the role of Kiran Kumar Reddy in the death of former chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. Addressing the media, party's spokesperson Gattu Ramachandra Rao said, 'He was to travel along with YSR on the fateful day of September 2, 2009, but did not board the flight. He had suddenly changed his mind and informed that he was not going with YSR in the BELL helicopter just fifteen minutes before its scheduled departure. Why did he do so? Was he aware that something terrible was going to happen? Afterall, Rachchabanda programme was to start in a village near his constituency and he had to be present there. But Kiran chose to stay away. We strongly believe that he is also a conspirator and demanded a thorough and impartial probe.' Ramachandra Rao further said that it was not his personal allegation but it was what the party felt. He challenged the Chief Minister to resign and get elected afresh if he had the backing of people. 'Will he resign if his party is defeated in the by-polls? All those who are leveling serious charges against Jagan had signed a declaration to make him the next CM soon after YSR's death,' Rao said. Coming down heavily on Congress high command, he alleged that all the script work of summoning Jagan, freezing of accounts had been done in Delhi with close monitoring by some senior leaders of All India Congress Committee (AICC). 'This was aimed at creating a sense of fear among the YSR Congress Party cadres and confusing the electorate as Congress fears that it would lose the by-polls. Congress and Telugu Desam Party have been colluding in trying to implicate Jagan in false cases' Rao said.

May 9: Senior journalist Kuladip Nayyar has strongly condemned the freezing of accounts of Sakshi newspaper by the CBI. In his response to the decision of the agency investigating into the alleged disproportionate assets of the YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, the noted journalist has said despite their political differences, leaders should not interfere with the functioning of newspapers. He said the act of the government was in a way stifling of freedom of the press, as enshrined in the Constitution. He said he was worried about the action taken against Sakshi newspaper. Kuldip Nayyar has said that all CBI was making was mere allegations and no action could be contemplated until they were proved. He demanded that all the action being taken against the newspaper be immediately withdrawn. He said whatever be the tenor of Sakshi’s voice, he said the newspaper had its own right to express in the democracy. He reminded that CBI should bear in mind that it had no good reputation and was often charged of working under the directions of the government. He has advised the agency to look at politics and the media from two different angles. He also said that the government should remember that a large number of employees were working in Sakshi newspaper.

Hyderabad, May 9: The state government has issued orders stopping advertisements to Sakshi newspaper and TV owned by the YSR Congress chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy. A GO (no. 2097) was issued by the government on Thursday, stopping advertisements to Jagan’s media. Officials of the Information and Public Relations department have explained that the decision was taken in view of the CBI investigation and filing of charge-sheets against the newspaper and its owners, in a case of illegal procurement of funds and money laundering. It is learnt that the CBI has recently searched the Information and Public Relations department and seized 46 files concerning advertisements to the Sakshi media. The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has reportedly discussed the matter with the Advocate General Sudarshan Reddy and Information and Public relations Commissioner Chandravadan a couple of days ago. It is learnt that the Chief Minister has sought the opinion of the two on the propriety of continuing government’s patronage as CBI has filed charge-sheets about flow of illegal funds into the newspaper and TV channel. It is learnt that the three have decided that it would be perfectly legal to stop advertisements, pending finalization of the case. It is being said that Kiran Kumar Reddy is of the view that if the government strikes at the economic base of Jagan’s media before by-polls, it would be advantageous to the Congress party. Several leaders of the Congress party hold a view that Jagan’s popularity largely depended on his media and by forcing a near closure of Sakshi newspaper and TV channel, his influence could be considerably contained. But there are others in the ruling party who hold a different view. They feel that all these acts of persecution would only strengthen Jagan further.

Washington, May 10: As India announced plans to take the issue of "discriminatory" increase in US visa fees to the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Washington assured it continued to fully support the admission of qualified Indians. The US and India "did have a good and thorough discussion" on the visa issues in the context of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's recent visit to India, State department spokesperson Victoria Nuland told reporters Wednesday. As Clinton said it publicly "Indians are the greatest beneficiaries in the world of both our L-1 visa programme and our H-1B visa programme," she said when asked about India's reported move. "We understand that the demand is even greater. We are working through those issues. But we continue to fully support the admission of qualified Indians under these programmes," Nuland said. Under its Emergency Border Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2010, US sharply hiked the fee for H-1B and L-1 visas used by Indian and American companies to bring qualified professionals from abroad and for intra-company transfers respectively. Indian Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jyotiraditya M. Scindia told parliament Wednesday that New Delhi "proposes to seek consultations with the US under the Dispute Settlement Understanding of the WTO." Asked if the visa fees hike issue was discussed during the Clinton visit, Nuland said: "No."

"Aamir had expressed his desire to meet the chief minister on May 9. The chief minister has agreed to meet him at his official residence at 5 p.m. today (Wednesday)," said a senior official in the chief minister's office. Khan in his programme "Satyamev Jayate", aired Sunday, had highlighted the story of a sting operation done seven years back by two Jaipur based journalists to expose increasing female foeticide cases in four states - Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Following the expose, the Rajasthan government had come down heavily on doctors who were involved in sex determination tests and abortions and had started a probe against them. The doctors since then have neither been promoted nor have been cleared of the charges. Aamir had said in his show that he would appeal to the Rajasthan chief minister to get the cases against the doctors clubbed together and tried in a fast track court. He also appealed the viewers to support his signature campaign. Gehlot Tuesday tweeted: "Satyamev Jayate is a great and extra ordinary initiative to root out female foeticide. I am eager to have a fruitful dialogue with Aamir on May 9." Rajasthan has been in the news for increasing cases of female foeticide and female infanticide. According to Census 2011, Rajasthan has 883 girls between the age of 0-6 for every 1,000 boys. The child sex ratio in 2001 was 909. Speaking to media persons here on Wednesday, one of the victims, S Sudhakar, alleged that he had paid Rs 5 lakhs to Balaji as he claimed that ministers and MLAs were his friends and that he could procure them house plots at cheaper rate. But, Balaji failed to keep his promise. The victims said that they soon realized his true colors and demanded him to repay their hard-earned money. But, coolly ignored their demands and did not return their money so far. They also alleged that Balaji was continuing his illegal activities and collecting handsome sums from people. Hyderabad, May 9: A day after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) froze its bank accounts, the Sakshi Group of companies owned by YSR Congress party leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy Wednesday filed a petition challenging the investigating agency's move. Jagati Publications, which publishes Telugu daily Sakshi and Indira Television, which runs the 24-hour Telugu news channel Sakshi, urged the CBI court here to defreeze their bank accounts. The petition alleged that the CBI action had endangered the livelihood of 20,000 employees. The court directed the CBI to file a counter and adjourned the hearing to Thursday. All the three companies were named in the FIR registered by the CBI in August last year following a direction from Andhra Pradesh high court. However, only Jagati Publications figured in the three chargesheets the federal agency has so far filed in the court. The son of late chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has termed the CBI action as "daylight murder" of democracy aimed at stifling his media units. A statement issued on behalf of Jagati Publications and Indira TV Wednesday said the CBI move had virtually paralysed Sakshi newspaper, which has a daily circulation of 14.5 lakh, and Sakshi TV. YSR Congress party alleged that the action was taken without serving a prior notice on the organisations. "No explanation has been called for by CBI. This is nothing but a clear violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed to citizens...." "We wonder as to how the CBI came to the conclusion that we have been parking ill-gotten funds in these current accounts. In these current accounts we deposit the monies we get by sale of the paper and proceeds of advertisement and meet there from expenditure on establishment and operations. Where is the ill-gotten money in these transactions," the party asked. The CBI froze the current accounts of the three firms a day after the CBI court issued summons to Jagan and 12 others with regard to the first chargesheet filed by the CBI on March 31. The CBI had booked a case against Jagan and 72 others in August last year. According to the federal agency, Jagan conspired with his father and then chief minister to grant favours to several companies which invested huge money into his businesses on quid-pro-quo basis.

Hyderabad, May 8: Although there is an information that the TRS Supremo KCR has his own choice for the Parakal by election candidature, the Warangal district Telangana Rastra Samithi is still placed in a confusion over the selection of a suitable candidate for the by polls slated on June 12.

The leaders participating in the Palle bata and Palle Nidra programmes organized in the four revenue mandals spread across the Parakal segments feel that they would be preferred by KCR for the by polls. The main opposition party in the state Telugu Desam Party, which had recently lashed out at PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana on his alleged irregularities in liquor sales, has come up with interesting allegations on Monday. The party has found fault with Botsa for his alleged investments in movies that are being produced by a junior actor-turned-producer Bandla Ganesh. The question they raised was how could a junior artiste produce flicks casting top heroes with big budgets despite series of flops. TDP cited giant producers Ramanaidu and Ashwini Dutt to make a point. The party leaders said that even Ramanaidu and Ashwini Dutt were in hibernation when their flicks bombed at box offices. Nonetheless, a junior artiste is successful in making continuous high budget films even after they received poor response from the public. Telugu Desam leader Varla Ramaiah has alleged that Bandla Ganesh was a binamee of Botsa Satyanarayana and Botsa allegedly used Ganesh for purchasing 2700 acres of assigned lands in Hyderabad. The party leader has also accused Bandla Ganesh for threatening film personalities by allegedly using Botsa Satyanarayana’s name. He has also said that a film financier was threatened by Ganesh after the former demanded the latter to give away his one crore rupees investment. But, the police didn’t register a case and all this because he was supported by Botsa, he added. Further, he said Bothsa became the kind of benami politics. I’m no binami, but just a fan: The producer of the much awaited flick of power star, Gabbar Singh, Bandla Ganesh has cleared the allegations that are in the air against his investments. Ganesh has stressed that he was not a binami to anyone but just a fan of Botsa Satyanarayana. Elucidating more on his money, Bandla Ganesh has said that he had procured huge amounts of money from the real estate and poultry businesses

Walt Disney's (DIS.N) blockbuster "The Avengers" has five superheroes and record ticket sales. It also has a silent partner in Viacom's (VIAB.O) Paramount Pictures, which stands to get a healthy payday even though the studio didn't spend a cent to produce or market the film. Paramount already collected $57.5 million in April, when the film was released internationally. And it stands to collect 8 percent of the millions that the film will earn in theaters, on DVD, and when it is watched on the Internet, according to two people with knowledge of the deal. Under a 2005 distribution agreement between Paramount and Marvel, Paramount receives a distribution fee for the theatrical distribution of "The Avengers" as well as its distribution of its home video, Internet and TV rights. That agreement transferred to Disney, when Disney acquired Marvel for $4 billion in 2009. Disney and Paramount agreed in 2010 to amend that agreement, giving Disney the rights to distribute Marvel-produced "The Avengers" and "Iron Man 3," the second sequel to the 2008 film that Paramount distributes. That agreement stipulated that Disney would pay Paramount a $115 million advance against future fees that Paramount would have earned. Half of that fee was paid when Disney released "The Avengers" in international markets. Spokesmen for Disney and Paramount would not comment. Paramount does not have rights to merchandise from the Marvel movies, and Iger told investors after the deal closed that he signed the getting the movie rights allows he to rev up Disney's marketing machine. "Not only will we distribute it and market it, but we know that Marvel is working really hard with the cooperation of a number of entities at Disney to turn The Avengers into a true franchise," he said on the earnings call. Studios and theater owners generally split ticket sales 50-50, meaning that Disney has collected $320.9 million based on "The Avengers" $641.8 million in worldwide ticket sales. Paramount's $25.7 million take would be applied against the pre-paid fee from Disney. The two sides also agreed that "The Avengers" would appear on the Epix online and premium TV service that Paramount owns with Lions Gate Entertainment (LGF.N) and the MGM studio. That's a big boost for the nearly three-year-old channel. Disney is obligated to show most of its movies on the Starz pay channel. How large Paramount's take will be depends on how big a hit "The Avengers" becomes. The deal gets even better for Paramount in 2013, when Disney is scheduled to release the third Iron Man. Paramount will get 9 percent of the money that film will generate.

Bandla Ganesh an unimpressive comedian has produced big budget films with top stars like Pawan Kalyan. Where from has he got so much money?

It is a known fact in the film industry that the PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana was the financial backbone of Ganesh.

But did Ganesh also have the backing of Bhanu Kiran, the alleged killer of Rayalaseema factionist Maddelacheruvu Suri? This is the question being discussed in the film industry now.

Film distributor Subba Rao has told the media on Saturday that Bandla Ganesh, producer of ‘Teen Maar’ has cheated him financially and when he has questioned him, he had threatened him in the name of Botsa.

The distributor said that he has given Rs. 2.25 cr. for the overseas rights of ‘Teen Maar’ and Ganesh has cheated him by not giving prints on time. When he has questioned him, Ganesh has threatened him in the name of Botsa and also said that he had the backing of rowdies, Subbarao has alleged. He said he had lost Rs. 48 lakhs because he could not screen the premier show. He has also demanded a probe by the CID into how Ganesh was  investing crores of rupees in film production.

Now it is being discussed in the film industry if Ganesh had links with Bhanu and if that was true if Botsa also has some kind of relationship with the gangster.

You might have understood by now regarding what we are talking about. If the whole episode of Bhanu can be used against YSR Congress, Bandla Ganesh against Congress, then who is going to play spoilsport for Telugudesam.

As don Bhanu is revealing many things related to his association with Mangali Krishna, a close aide of YS Jagan, opposition is busy equating his misdeeds with YSR Congress. Likewise, based on a complaint lodged by an overseas distributor, some people are trying to relate produce Ganesh Babu's money as PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana's benami investment.

These two persons have become food for political parties who are trying to corner YSR Congress and Congress. Political circles are now saying that alleged sex scandal queen Tara Chowdary has links with a young MLA from Telugudesam party. If they could pull out a little clue at least against this politician, it is sure that TDP will dig its own grave.

The backbone of the entertainment industry has always been the presence of glamour. We are talking about the presence of beautiful actresses and sexy ladies who bring a special charm. So, it doesn't really matter if they are scoring success in their careers, as long as they are onscreen it is fun. That seems to be the logic behind the making of this new movie. Well, it is heard that a new project has hit the floors in Tollywood and this has not one or two but a total of four flop heroines. They are the Juicy Kamna Jethmalani, sensuous Bhanusri Mehra, highly erotic Nikitha and the giggly beauty Swetha Basu Prasad. This film is being directed by Udaykanth while Srinivas Raju is the producer. Buzz is that this is a heroine oriented movie and all four of them will have key roles to play. What many are waiting to see is who will be the lucky man to be present amidst them. Only time will reveal that.

Shocking! Shocking! Shocking! The other day we have witnessed veteran director Dasari Narayanarao singing the tunes of Megastar. Now, arch rivals of Chiru, Jeevitha-Rajasekhar too joined under his umbrella. After their much hyped entry into BJP bombed like anything, Jeevitha-Rajasekhar once again knocked the doors of Congress party. 'We're hurt all these days because Congress leaders haven't solved our differences with Chiru, though he has became the face of party now', says Rajasekhar. However Rajasekhar never cleared who has resolved their differences, but nodded his head to join hands with Chiru if they are ordered to do so. State's political circles are shocked with the moves of Jeevitha and Rajasekhar and are busy finding reasons behind their joining hands with Chiru. Observers are saying that Rajasekhar is trying for an MP ticket in Congress for 2014 polls and hence this move.

Formation of Telangana with Hyderabad is our main agenda, said Congress MPs from Telangana region. In a ‘meet the press’ programme organized by the Telangana Journalists’ Forum in Hyderabad, the Congress MPs Jagannatham, Ponnam Prabhakar and Vivekananda have briefed about their agenda. The leaders have called upon all the political leaders from all the parties to join the parade in Delhi that is scheduled to take place before the current parliament sessions conclude. “Put aside the party flags and come forward to take part in the movement,” said MP Ponnam Prabhakar. In case the Centre doesn’t react to our protest, then we would discuss and decide the strategy to be adopted in presidential elections, said MPs. The MPs have also demanded the TDP leaders from Telangana region to press Chandrababu Naidu to write a letter in favour of the bifurcation to the Centre. Not against the Centre & high command: In the wake of rumours that the Congress MPs were going against the high command, MP Manda Jagannatham has said that their fight was not against the Centre and high command. All that they request the Centre was to keep up its promise. The leaders have lashed out at the Governor and the chief minister stating that they were allegedly sending wrong reports to the Centre on Telangana issue. With MPs pressing the Centre without taking on the party but asking for sticking to its promise, the high command will apparently welcome the demand of MPs. But, the clear cut statement will presumably come after by-polls.
